Our pizza dough is a hybrid – somewhere between a Napolitana and a Romana. We source the freshest ingredients, always letting our vegetables shine. We want our pizza to cater to all tastes, highlighting that pizza does not need meat to be excellent.
Our New Pizzas
San Marzano tomato sauce, lentil mozzarella, marinated artichokes, olives, ham, salami, truffle oil, purple pesto cream with pine nuts and parmesan.
That one with Pecorino
White based lentil mozzarella, pecorino cheese, grilled asparagus, crumbled blue cheese, cashew cream, zucchini, smoked chopped almonds.
Peas & Love
White based Pizza, creamy peas, lentil mozzarella, roasted bell pepper, grilled cherry tomatoes, olives, oregano from Sicily
